Damaged Products/ Incorrect Order/ Quantities

After Delivery, Please check your order for inconsistencies and report them within 24hrs of delivery!

Products Ordered in Error

If you ordered the incorrect item from us, you are able to return it to us un-opened/ un-used. Contact us to receive an authorization and return the item to us in perfect condition within 21 days .

Opened and/ or Used Products
We consider all opened and/ or used products as contaminated. Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we are not able to accept the return of opened/ used products, nor will we be able to iussue any purchase credits.
*Unauthorized returns will be rejected, and you are completely liable/ responsible for your products. If we happen to accept the unauthorized return, you will have to pay shipping fees to have the products reshipped back to you. If shipping fees are not paid within 15 days of receipt, we will discard of your items and no refund will be owed to you.
International Returns: Packages returned to us due to failure to pay your customs duties or an issue with your address will void your shipping cost in full, and a $25 fee is deducted from the refund of your product cost as well. If you ordered a product that was less than $25 you will be blacklisted from our website and we will no longer accept orders from you, as we would have to pay the remainder of the fee out of pocket.
Conditions of All Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and initial shipping cost are not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged (Opened or Un-opened)
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns for:
  • Hair Oils
  • Opened/ Used Products
  • Apparel
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Products from a Monthly Subscription
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale (excluding the use of a coupon)

All refunded merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee and the shipment fee is paid for by the customer. The product must be accompanied by the following: Original receipt, packing slip and all original packaging. We do not reimburse customers for shipping expenses. For your protection and to ensure delivery, we recommend that you send returns via a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx or insured USPS). Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

Customers are credited via their original payment method for unopened products.

Product Subscription Policy

Once you place your order you will be enrolled into our product subscription, where you will be automatically billed a discounted price of $29 every month(This cost includes shipping for the U.S. ONLY).

You may cancel your subscription after you have received your shipping/ tracking confirmation (in 1-4 days) to avoid canceling your entire order. If you have not cancelled your subscription within 30 days you will be billed for your next bottle.

Returns/ Refunds

Products automatically ordered through our subscription are non-refundable.
