Lost/ Stolen or Missing Packages
TRL Hair Growth System, LLC. recommends that the buyer/ customer add a secured signature to their packages, to be sure that their package will be delivered directly to them; at their home/ apt./ office, and never left unattended. TRL Hair Growth System, LLC. is not liable for any orders that are stolen, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address, whether the customer has a signature delivery, or not. Any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping courier will be considered delivered.
The terms are as follow for non-signature packages:

-We will provide you with the tracking details for your order, we’d suggest that you turn on status alerts to keep track of your package.

TRL Hair Growth System, LLC. is not responsible for any orders stolen, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address. Any order confirmed “Delivered” by the USPS will be considered delivered.

TRL Hair Growth System, LLC. will not replace any missing packages, in the case that your package was confirmed delivered to you by the courier.

TRL Hair Growth System, LLC. is not liable for any loss of funds, merchandise, nor will the customer be owed any returns on lost/ missing packages, that are shipped under the conditions of non-signature delivery.

If your package is insured, and the courier has confirmed thet they have lost the package, you are able to receive a refund equaled to the cost of the item(s) purchased. In this case, the package was not confirmed as “delivered” by them.

Shipping Cost Include:
  • Postage Fee
  • Required Secured/ Restricted Signature Confirmed Delivery (For customers who add it).
  • Insurance for Merchandise up to $100 (does not insure the cost of shipping). The added insurance purchased by the customer; in the amount equaled to the cost of the items purchased is payable to the buyer/ customer, ONLY if the shipping courier has lost the package, and the package was not confirmed as “delivered” by them.

International Shipping & Delivery

  • Please be advised that you may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online and imported into your country…
    Delivery Times: USPS Priority Mail 6 to 10 business days, but for many countries due to customs clearance, it may be 20 days. If there is a delay at customs with your package, it may be because you have to pay import tax on the items. Taxes and Duties: Charged by Country.International Returns: We are not responsible for any undeliverable addresses, incorrect addresses, or orders that are considered abandoned, due to any reason, including you neglecting to pay your customs fees.

All product pricing and shipping cost indicated on this website do not reflect any additional fees, including any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their items. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out if your items will require import taxes and duties to be paid(if any). Items that are returned directly through the courier after they have been abandoned are non-refundable, as the courier does add a $25 fee for the return. We will not be liable and will not issue a refund to you.

International Orders: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship* countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes.

The calculation of duties depends on the assessable value of a dutiable shipment. For the purpose of this calculation, dutiable goods are given a classification code that is known as the Harmonized System code.
Please read your country’s custom guidelines and requirements to see if any fees will apply to you. Your shipping does not include any fee that is applied by customs; you’d have to pay that fee separately.
